Role Overview
The Global Learning Concierge is responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-to-end experience for international Airbnb School students. This role ensures that participants are welcomed, supported, guided, and fully integrated into their training programs from arrival to completion.
The Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for students during their in-country learning experience, combining hospitality, coordination, and mentorship to create a smooth and professional journey.
Key Responsibilities
Arrival & Travel Support in The Country Assigned
- Welcome students at the airport upon arrival
- Coordinate local transportation and accommodations
- Assist with orientation and settling-in procedures
Student Onboarding
- Conduct in-person onboarding sessions
- Explain program structure, schedules, and expectations
- Ensure students understand policies and procedures
Program Coordination
- Accompany students to training locations, site visits, and partner properties
- Coordinate schedules with instructors and hosts
- Monitor attendance and participation
Student Support & Engagement
- Serve as the main support contact for students
- Address questions, concerns, and logistical issues
- Provide motivation and guidance throughout the program
Hospitality & Experience Management
- Ensure high standards of comfort, safety, and professionalism
- Resolve accommodation or travel-related issues
- Maintain positive relationships with local partners
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain records of student progress and feedback
- Submit weekly status reports to management
- Document incidents, improvements, and best practices
Brand Representation
- Represent Airbnb School and Rentbnb Academy professionally at all times
- Uphold brand values, standards, and ethics
- Act as a cultural ambassador between students and local communities
Continuous Improvement
- Gather student feedback
- Suggest program improvements
- Support the development of future international programs
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the assigned country (Mexico, Holland, Brussels or Lithuania
- Fluency in English + 2 additional languages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, education, or customer service
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- High level of organization and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in international student programs
- Background in short-term rentals, property management, or tourism
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience working with diverse cultural groups
