Guarantee Exclusions

This guarantee does NOT apply, under any circumstances, to programs that include, partially or totally:

• Travel, flights, accommodation, transfers
• In-person experiences, live events
• Services provided by third parties

Once any of these services have been booked, confirmed, activated, or used, they will not be eligible for refund, as such costs are external, non-refundable, and beyond the control of Rentbnb Academy.

Strict Conditions for Requesting a Refund

• The request must be made only within 60 calendar days after the purchase date.
• The refund is not granted automatically and is subject to review, validation, and approval by Rentbnb Academy.
• Course access is personal, limited, and non-transferable. Any misuse, credential sharing, mass downloading, or attempt to reproduce content automatically voids the guarantee.
• Rentbnb Academy reserves the right to audit the level of access, progress, interaction, and content usage before authorizing any refund.
• Payment processing costs, bank fees, taxes, withholdings, or platform charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total amount, if approved.

Income Evaluation and Partial Course Cost Recovery

For the purposes of a possible refund, Rentbnb Academy may evaluate the income generated by the student during the first 60 days, provided that such income is directly or indirectly related to the application of the knowledge, strategies, or methodologies taught in the course and can be reasonably verified.

If the student has generated partial income during that period, whether through property management, recommendation, promotion, or intermediation of third-party services, including experiences, accommodation, tours, transfers, travel, or other related activities, such income will be considered as a partial recovery of the course cost.

The maximum amount eligible for refund, if approved, will be limited exclusively to the difference between the gross course price and the income actually generated, and not the total course value, regardless of taxes or deductions applicable in the student's country.

This clause is referential and for internal evaluation and does not constitute a contractual guarantee of income. Rentbnb Academy reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any request after reviewing content usage, course progress, and information provided.

Verification Methods

• The student must provide, when requested, verifiable documentation, which may include payment receipts, invoices, contracts, digital platform screenshots, account statements, or business communications.
• Lack of sufficient or verifiable information may result in automatic denial of the request.

Anti-Chargeback Policy and Dispute Resolution

By making a purchase, the student agrees that any claim must be handled exclusively through Rentbnb Academy's official channels, and not through bank disputes or chargebacks, except when required by law.

• Before initiating a claim with their bank or payment platform, the student agrees to contact Rentbnb Academy within the guarantee period, allow case review, and await formal resolution.
• Initiating an unjustified chargeback when access was granted and used will be considered a breach of these terms. Rentbnb Academy may suspend access, present evidence to the financial institution, and reject future internal requests.
• Fees and costs derived from chargebacks are not the responsibility of Rentbnb Academy and may be deducted from any potentially refundable amount.

Nature of Service

Rentbnb Academy offers educational and professional training services. It does not operate as a travel agency or tourism provider. Programs with international experiences are educational training and not regulated tourism services.
