We're not looking for tutors, we're looking for Builders. Your mission is to train, accompany and empower the next generation of Short-Term Rental (STR) professionals. The goal is clear: help our students stop 'self-employing' and start managing profitable, automated and scalable systems.

🧠 Strategic Responsibilities

1. High-Impact Training

Design and deliver dynamic sessions focused on professionalizing the Airbnb ecosystem and short-term rental management, covering:

Revenue Management optimization
Guest Experience excellence
Operational automation systems

2. Tech-Stack Mastery

Train students and hosts in industry-leading tools to work smart, not hard:

PMS & Channels: Your.Rentals, Amenitiz
Pricing & Data: PriceLabs, AirDNA
Operations: Connecteam, TaskBird
Innovation: AI implementation applied to business

3. Personalized Mentoring & Global Support

Support profiles ranging from novice hosts to administrators with international portfolios, solving strategic and technical blocks in multiple languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Swedish, Danish or Dutch.

💼 Contract Conditions

Compensation: €2,000 to €3,000 monthly (Gross). (Pay depends on languages and demand: English, French, Italian and Spanish €3,000 monthly; other languages €2,000 monthly)
Modality: Freelance / Independent Contractor (Management via Factofly.com)
Dedication: 7 to 8 hours daily | 5 days a week
Flexibility: 100% goal-focused. Occasional weekend availability based on student demand
